Our structures are built on concrete block crawl space foundations and meet or exceed the NC Building Code. You will be able to get financing for our tiny cabins as they are built like a regular house. I've been building in this area for many years and will personally be involved in the construction of your cabin. OUR PROCESS IS VERY SIMPLE. YOU SUPPLY THE LAND and WE DO THE REST.
OUR PRICES INCLUDE REALISTIC ALLOWANCES FOR: PERMITS, UTILITIES, SITE PREP., FOUNDATION, FINAL GRADE, DRIVEWAY, WATER AND SEWER/SEPTIC.
